正确义利观的提出是对当代国际关系伦理的正确把握和深刻思考的产物,有着对世界主义和社群主义伦理价值观的双重超越,或者说对目的论和义务论的双重超越。它主张在新的基础上将功利和道义有机地结合起来,既注重国际正义的建构与维护、国际道义的倡导与追求,又主张维护民族国家的核心利益并致力于推动各国和全球共同利益的实现,反对狭隘的民族利己主义和霸权主义以及罔顾国家核心利益的世界主义,奠定了新型国际关系伦理和全球伦理的理论基础和价值基石。

Acorrect outlook on righteousness and benefit is the product of afull understanding of and careful reflection on the contemporary international reation ethics. It surpasses the ethical values of cosmopolitanism and communitarianism,or teleology and deontology. It claims to combine utility and moral justice based on new levels. It also advocates to establish and maintain international justice,to pursue international moral justice. In addition,it claims that we should maintain the essential interests of our nations and states, devoted to realize the common interests of all countries. We should object to national egoism,hegemonism and cosmopolitanism. All these help to lay a foundation of theory and values of new-type international relation ethics and global ethics.
