摘要
不同品质的油桃所散发的气味不同。使用电子鼻采集不同品质的油桃的气味特征参数,在电子鼻软件和MATLAB条件下分别利用偏最小二乘算法判断油桃的品质。结果表明:偏最小二乘法可以较好地鉴别油桃的品质。
Different quality of nectarine the odor is different. Using electronic nose to collect the odor＇s characteristic parameters,the odor is emitted by different quality of nectarine. Respectively in the condition of electronic nose software and MATLAB,using partial least squares algorithm to determine the quality of nectarine. The results show that the partial least squares method can be used to identify the quality of nectarine.
