摘要 为了减轻三轮摩托车车架重量,优化车架结构,采用有限元理论的方法,在不同工况下对车架进行载荷仿真,分析车架应力和应变;利用ANSYS软件的Design Explorer模块,研究车架参数轻量化设计方法,获得车架轻量化设计方案。该方法对三轮摩托车的车架结构进行优化,为车架的结构改进和轻量化设计提供理论依据。 In order to minimize the weight of three-wheeled motorcycle frame and optimize the frame structure,finite element theory is applied to analyze frame stress and strain through load simulation of frame under different conditions. Design explorer modules are employed to obtain the frame lightweight design scheme by lightweight design of structural parameters. This method could optimize the three-wheeled motorcycle frame and provide theoretical basis for improvement of the frame and lightweight design.
