摘要
本文实验使用榆林当地低质粉煤作为粉煤原料,粘结剂使用水泥和腐植酸钠以及腐植酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠组合而成的复合粘结剂作为研究对象;在实验中通过改变复合粘结剂的组合以及复合粘结剂的组成比例,在实验室对粉煤进行处理后使其成型,进行自然风干后测其机械强度、跌落强度、发热量及湿状态强度等重要指标。根据械强度及跌落强度,选出最优复合粘结剂组合和组成比例。
In this paper, the experimental use of Yulin ' s local pulverized coal of low - quality as the raw material, and cement, humic acid sodium or humic acid sodium and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are used as a composite binder that is the research object. In the experiment, by changing the composition and the composition ratio of the composite binder, after pulverized coal is shaped after laboratory processing. After natural withering, its mechanical strength and drop strength, heat and wet state are tested. According to the mechanical strength and drop strength the optimal combination and the composition ratio of composite binder are selected.
