杏鲍菇是珍稀食用、药用菇种之一,风味独特,近年国内外市场对其需求增大,具有良好的开发前景。本试验在传统的生产配方的基础上,以棉籽壳、玉米芯、锯末、麸皮、豆粕、玉米粉为原料,设计不同比例的培养基配方,在相同的环境条件下进行出菇试验,筛选出子实体产量高、品质好的杏鲍菇生产培养基配方。试验表明,4号配方的子实体品质好,生物转化率高,可作为杏鲍菇工厂化生产的高产配方。

Pleurotus eryngii is a rare edible and medicinal mushroom with a unique flavor. In recent years, domestic and international demand for that has been increasing with good prospects. On the basis of the traditional production formula, this experiment takes cottonseed hull, corn cob and sawdust, wheat bran, soybean meal and corn flour as raw materials to design culture medium formula of different proportions. Under the same environmental conditions for mushroom test, this paper screens out the Pleurotus eryngii culture medium production formula of sporocarp of high yield and good quality. Experimental results show that the quality of No. 4 formula of sporaocarp is good, and its biological conversion rate is high, which could be as the formula Pleurotus eryngii of factory production with high yield.
