The Contradiction between Supply and Demand of New Talents in Foreign Trade and Countermeasures under the Environment of “Internet Plus”

"互联网+外贸"的国际贸易新环境,催生了跨境电子商务蓬勃发展,并由此产生了急迫的新型外贸人才需求。然而,新型外贸人才的短缺正阻碍着我国企业"走出去"的脚步。明确"互联网+"环境下新型外贸人才的需求特征,结合高校人才培养状况,剖析"互联网+"环境下新型外贸人才培养的供需矛盾,并在此基础上探究其解决对策。

The environment of ＂Internet Plus＂ develops the cross - border electronic commerce, and creates the de- mand on new talents in foreign trade. But the shortage of new talents in foreign trade is hindering on the develop- ment of our enterprises＇ imports and exports. Combined with the cultivation condition of colleges and universities, this paper pinpoints the demand characteristics of new talents in foreign trade, analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand under the environment of ＂Internet Plus＂, and then puts forward the countermeasures.
