一类新型同轴式分度机构构型综合

摘要 针对高速分度运动的工程需求,采用颜氏创造性机构设计方法,研究一类新型分度机构的构型综合。以一种现有同轴式分度机构为对象,在系统分析其拓扑构造特性的基础上,构建出一般化运动链及其运动链图谱。再根据机构的结构特点及设计需求,构建特定化运动链图谱,经由具体化程序,通过遴选图谱中构件和运动副类型,获得机构图谱。结果表明:有两种特定化运动链,各有6种运动副分配方式,因此得出12种可行的机构设计方案。并给出几种可行的设计方案,为新型分度机构的构型创新与遴选提供借鉴。 In order to meet the requirement of the high-speed indexing motion engineering, the configuration synthesis of a novel indexing mechanism was studied by Yanshi creative mechanism design method. An existed coaxial indexing mechanism was selected as the object. On the basis of the systematical description of the topology structure characteristics, the general kinematic chain and its kinematic chain map were established. According to the structure characteristics and design requirements, the specialized kinematic chain map was established. With the specialized process, the mechanism map was obtained through the type selection of the component and kinematic pair. The results showed that there were two kinds of specialized kinematic chains, each of which had 6 kinds of compound modes. Therefore, 12 kinds of feasible design schemes were obtained. A few kinds of feasible design schemes were given, which provided references for the innovation and selection of the novel indexing mechanism.
