摘要
针对某微型汽车油耗高、滑行距离短、稳态阻力过大的现象,在理论分析的基础上,结合对标试验,提出增大后桥半轴轴承游隙的改进意见,并利用CRUISE对其进行模拟仿真及实车试验。仿真结果与最终试验结果一致,表明:增大轴承游隙能够提升整车的传动效率,降低稳态阻力,减少整车油耗。该研究为整车试验提供了一种方法与思路,对以低成本降低汽车油耗研究方面有着重要的借鉴作用。
Aiming at high fuel consumption, short sliding distance, large steady resistance phenomenon on a Mini-car, an improvement of increasing the axle bearing clearance was presented on the basis of theoretical analysis and benchmarking experiments. The simulation and real vehicle experiment verification were performed using CRUISE. The two results all showed that the increasing axle bearing clearance could improve the vehicle transmission efficiency, reduce resistance and fuel consumption. Meanwhile, a method and thought of reducing costs and fuel consumption have been proposed for the vehicle test.
