摘要 随着国内外挖掘机的客户个性化需求、市场竞争的加剧和技术的成熟,设计水平成为企业制胜的法宝。针对大型履带式挖掘机,在设定整体参数后,运用传统类比法对其关键造型部位进行初步设计。基于UG建立三维结构模型,并通过力学分析模块,对铲斗结构的受力、变形进行强度分析,依据等强度设计理论对其设计方案进行优化,确定出最终造型方案,为工程机械及相关行业进行产品开发设计提供借鉴和参考。 As foreign and domestic excavator customers personalized needs, market competition intensifying and the evolution of technology, the design level has become the magic weapon to the successful enterprise. For large crawler excavator, after setting the overall parameters, using the traditional analogy method, preliminary design on its key modeling parts was done. Based on UG, three-dimensional structure model was established, by means of mechanics analysis module, the stress and deformation of the bucket structure were analyzed, the design was optimized according to the theory of equal strength, the final modeling solution was determined. It provides references to the product development design of engineering machinery and related industries.
