摘要
以某家具企业板式衣柜非标准件包装作业为研究对象,运用能量限制公式计算某个时间段内的能耗限值,通过能耗仿真分析对包装过程的4个作业单元进行能量消耗分析,再将仿真结果与能耗上限值进行对比分析,得出辅助作业工具的高度是造成能耗高的主要原因。通过对辅助上料装置的优化设计,并利用仿真分析可知,改善后的包装作业能量消耗得到一定程度的降低,并分析出造成疲劳的因素,通过辅助作业装置优化设计,达到降低作业疲劳的目的,为制造企业作业设计优化提供一定的参考。
The paper studied works of packaging process of non-standard parts in a cabinet furniture firm, the energy limitation during a time period was calculated using energy limit formula. By using the method of simulation analysis, the study compared energy consumption among 4 work units of the packaging process. The result showed that height of feeding device leads to the high level of energy consumption. Using a redesigned device, energy consumption reduced in the packing jobs. This study analyzed the fatigue factors by using the method of simulation analysis, and work fatigue could be reduced by optimizing jobs and redesigned operation device, which provides i'eferences for related manufacturing enterprises to improve their work design and optimization.
