摘要 未来世界能源发展的战略重点是构建全球能源互联网,全球能源互联网实质就是"特高压电网+智能电网+清洁能源",一个大电网的复杂性超过了几千维,甚至达到了几万维,数学家无法得到解析解。可想而知,电网发生故障原因的多样性。因此,寻找一种或几种正确处理电网故障的方法是电网运行研究人员努力探索的目标,电网故障处理"八步法"是在现代电网运行模式下总结提炼出的一套切实可行的电网故障处理的先进方法,该套方法不但解决了电网相关专业在电网故障处理过程中的配合问题,而且最大限度的满足了电网故障处理的基本原则和要求。 The strategic focus of the future world's energy development is to build global energy internet,of which the essence is "UHV power grid+smart power grid+clean energy".The complexity of a large power grid exceeds thousands of dimensions, even up to tens of thousands of dimensions, to which mathematicians can not get analytical solution.One can imagine the diversity of the causes of the grid faults.Therefore, it is the goal for grid operation researchers to strive to explore to look for one or several methods to properly handle the grid faults."Eight-step method"of grid troubleshooting is a set of feasible advanced methods for grid troubleshooting which is summed up and refined in the modern grid operation mode.The method not only solves the coordination problem of grid-related professions in the process of grid troubleshooting, but also meets the basic principles and requirements of grid troubleshooting to the maximum.
