摘要
此文从培训教学过程中的几个关键环节入手,分析了以学员为本提升培训质量的方法。通过对培训需求的深入分析,阐述了如何把握培训需求的方向,从源头上设计好培训课程。通过对学员学习特征的详细剖析,阐明了如何把握学员特点,对症下药实施培训教学。通过对学员兴趣点的具体分析,列举了如何把握培训过程,激发学员兴趣,突出授课方式的灵活多样性。同时阐述了如何把握培训质量,对学员的培训教学效果进行合理评估和有效反馈。
Starting with several key links in training teaching process,this paper analyzes the method for improving training quality based on trainees.Through the in-depth analysis of training demand ,this paper elaborates how to grasp the direction of training demand and design training courses from the source.Through the detailed analysis of trainees' features, it expounds how to grasp trainees' features and carry out training teaching appropriately.Through the detailed analysis of trainees' interest point, it lists how to grasp the training process ,arouse trainees' interest and highlight flexibility of teaching methods.Meanwhile ,it elaborates how to grasp the training quality to make reasonable evaluation and effective feedback of trainees' training and teaching effects.
