“两型社会”视域下漳州新型城镇化发展路径研究

On Zhangzhou's New-type Urbanization Development Path in the Perspective of “Double-oriented Society”

根据“两型社会”新型城镇化的内涵与特征,从资源节约、环境友好、经济发展、设施完善、科技创新以及社会和谐六个维度构建新型城镇化发展绩效评价指标体系。利用2008~2014年数据对漳州市新型城镇化发展绩效进行评价,结果显示,漳州市新型城镇化发展指数总体呈上升趋势,其中,环境友好和经济发展综合评价指数对漳州市新型城镇化发展指数的贡献较大。立足于资源节约和环境友好的原则,漳州应当根据“两型社会”的标准和要求推动新型城镇化建设。

Based on the connotation and characteristics of new-type urbanization in the ＂double-oriented＂ society, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of new-type urbanization performance from six dimensions： resource conservation, environment friendliness, economy development, facilities perfection, technology innovation and society harmonization. The evaluation of Zhangzhou＇s new-type urbanization performance from the data in 2008 to 2014 shows that its development index is generally on the rise, with the comprehensive evaluation index of environment friendliness and economy development contributing the most to the overall urbanization development index. Following the ＂resource saving and environment friendly＂ principle, Zhangzhou should promote its construction of a new type city according to standards and requirements of the ＂double-type society＂.
