摘要
随着我国基础设施建设的加快和施工技术的提高,钢箱梁由于自重轻、经济、架设方便等优点在大型桥梁建设中得到广泛应用。钢板箱型梁是工程中常采用的结构形式,它一般由顶板、底板、腹板、和横隔板、纵隔板及加劲肋等通过全焊接的方式连接而成。钢箱梁吊装施工是一个复杂过程。本文以某桥梁为实例,主桥采用等截面连续钢箱梁结构,全桥配跨为(25+58+25)m,初步介绍了钢箱梁分段分块吊装、组拼、焊接过程分析,在确保施工过程中支承钢箱梁的安全,同时为同类钢箱梁吊装施工提供一些参考。
Steel box girder hoisting construction is a complicated process. Based on a certain bridge as an ex- ample, this paper initially introduced the steel box girder section block hoisting, spellers, welding process analysis, in the safety of the construction support during the process of steel box girder at the same time provide some refer- ence for the same kind of steel box girder hoisting construction.
