从高砷铜烟尘中综合回收有价金属的研究 被引量:12

摘要 本文介绍了高砷白烟灰的湿法处理工艺,并通过试验得到各工序的最佳技术条件,最终确定“纯硫酸浸出-氧化除铁砷-沉铜-沉锌”的工艺流程,白烟灰中有价金属分别以海绵铜、铅渣、碱式硫酸锌的形式回收利用,而砷与铁共同沉淀并以稳定的砷酸铁的形式从系统开路。研究结果表明:采用此工艺流程,白烟灰中铜的回收率可达到~85%,锌的回收率可达到~84%,铅的回收率大于98%。 In this paper the hydrometallurgical treatment of high-arsenic copper dust was introduced and the optimum technical condition of each process was obtained by experiments, the process flow of "sulfuric acid leachingoxidation of iron and arsenic-copper deposition-zinc deposition" was finally determined. By using this process, the valuable metals in high-arsenic copper dust were recoveried in the form of sponge copper,lead residue and basic zinc sulfate, arsenic and ferric co-precipitated with the form of stability ferric arsenate from the system. The results showed that if this process was adopted, the recovery rate of copper in high-arsenic copper dust is - 85% , the recovery rate of zinc is - 84% , and the recovery of lead is more than 98%.
