立式稀土氟化炉内温度分布与氟化效率的关系研究

摘要 针对立式稀土氟化炉内各层氟化率差异大的问题,合理简化模型,利用Fluent软件模拟炉内温度总体分布,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,得出入口层温度对氟化效率影响较大,而中上层温度过高对氟化效率的影响并不大。研究结果为合理优化氟化炉的加热方式,改善总体温度分布,提高氟化效率等提供理论依据。 To the problem that there is great difference of fluorination efficiency among each layer in vertical rare earth fluorination furnace, based on properly simplified model, temperature field of fluorination furnace is numeri- cally simulated through Fluent and the simulation results are compared with experimental fluorination efficiency. The results show that temperature at inlet/outlet layers has great influence on fluorination efficiency, and temperature at middle to upper layers is found not to have a significant effect on fluorination efficiency. The conclusion will provide theoretical basis for optimizing fluorination furnace heating method, improving overall temperature distribu- tion and increasing fluorination efficiency and so on.
