摘要
水沟水库是一座以灌溉为主,兼顾防洪、养殖为一体的小(Ⅱ)型水库,该工程已运行40余年,存在着严重的安全隐患和防洪隐患,已被列为三类险坝,需要除险加固。文章阐述了水沟水库枢纽工程除险加固的必要性,从大坝、溢洪道、输水洞等方面介绍了工程的设计方案及依据,及加固后水库的防洪、社会和经济效益等。
Shuigou reservoir is a small type Ⅱ reservoir which serves mainly for irrigation , both for flood control and aquaculture. The project has been running for more than 40 years and there were serious potential risks of security and flood. It has been listed as the third class risk dam. The paper presents the necessity of the reinforcement project and briefly introduces the design and the basis from the dam, spillway, the convey tunnel and so on. The paper also introduces the flood control effects , social and economic benefits which the reservoir can do after the reinforcement.
