基于因子分析的建筑业细分产业竞争力评价

Evaluation on Competitiveness of Construction Subdivisional Industry:Based on Factor Analysis

选取代表建筑业细分产业规模水平、效率与效益水平、技术水平的15项指标,运用因子分析法,对建筑业细分产业竞争力进行评价。结果表明,各细分产业综合竞争力水平差异明显:房屋建筑业是建筑业发展的主要推动力,但效益、效率与技术水平薄弱;土木工程建筑业综合竞争力水平强,未来应注重发展产业效益;建筑安装与建筑装饰业效益水平优势明显,但综合竞争力水平居于末位。

This paper selects fifteen indicators of construction subdvisional industry which can present scale level,efficiency and benefit level,technical level,evaluates the construction subdvisional industry competitiveness by using factor analysis. The result shows that construction subdvisional industry competitiveness has obviously regional difference. House building industry is the main driving force for the development of construction industry,but its benefit,efficiency and technical level is low. Civil engineering construction industry has a powerful comprehensive competitiveness,should focus on the development of industrial benefit in the future. Installation industry and decoration industry have an obvious advantage in benefit level,but their comprehensive competitiveness is in the bottom.
