摘要
目前装配式建筑施工质量和居住安全性是社会普遍关注的问题。基于某装配式建筑生产—施工现场跟踪调查,采用鱼刺图法从人员、机械、物料、方法、环境五方面对常见质量问题进行剖析,基于剖析结果提出以物联网、3D激光扫描技术、信息处理技术等为支撑的装配式建筑BIM自动化质量管理平台,以推动质量管理过程的智能化、科学化和标准化。
The construction quality and residential security of prefabricated building attract common concerns. This paper analyzes the quality defects by using Ishikawa method from personnel,machinery,materials,methods and environment five aspects based on the site survey in Jinan. Then,proposes the BIM quality management platform which is supported by the Internet,3D laser scanning technology,information processing technology and mobile APP technology,in order to promote the quality management process be more intelligent,scientific and standardized.
