摘要
将弹性思想引入保障房社区的建设管理,以积极应对不确定性扰动,实现保障房社区的可持续发展。基于弹性、弹性社区、保障房社区等概念,界定弹性保障房社区的概念,建构弹性保障房社区的技术弹性、组织弹性、社会弹性、经济弹性等情景模型,提出建设弹性保障房社区的对策建议。
In order to deal with uncertain disturbances and achieve the sustainable development of affordable housing communities,this paper introduces the idea of resilience into the construction and management of affordable housing communities. Based on the definitions of resilience,resilient communities and affordable housing communities,defines the concept of a resilient affordable housing community. Then,builds the scenario models of resilient affordable housing communities,including technical resilience,organizational resilience,social resilience and economic resilience. Finally,proposes the corresponding suggestions to construct resilient affordable housing communities.
