城镇化与建筑业发展的耦合协同研究

Research on the Coupling Synergy between Urbanization and the Development of Construction Industry in Tianjin

基于城镇化与建筑业发展之间的联系,构建评价指标体系。然后建立耦合协调度模型及耦合协调度评价标准;收集天津市10余年间城镇化和建筑业发展的基础数据,分析两者之间的耦合协调度,研究城镇化与建筑业协同发展的阶段特征及互动关系,为政府及相关部门决策提供依据。

Based on the relationship between urbanization and the development of construction industry,the paper builds the evaluation index system. Then,establishes the coupling coordination degree model and the coupling coordination degree evaluation standard,analyzes the coupling coordination degree between the two aspects with the basic data of the development of urbanization and construction of tianjin more than 10 years. Finally,researches the phase characteristics of urbanization and the coordinated development of construction industry,reveals the interactive relationship between the urbanization and the construction development,provides basis for decision-making for the government and relate departments.
