摘要
在分析产业链整合体系结构的基础上,从政策环境、市场环境、企业能力、整合协同以及组织绩效五个维度,构建建筑工业化产业链整合绩效评价指标体系,并对指标予以量化、解释说明,旨在科学评价和掌握建筑工业化发展水平,寻求合理的建筑工业化发展模式和路径。
This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial chain integration performance and quantifies the index system from the following five aspects of policy environment,market characteristics,business capabilities,integration process,and organizational performance on the basis of analyzing the structure of industrial chain integration. The aim of the evaluation system is to evaluate the development level scientifically,and to seek a reasonable development model of the construction industrialization.
