装配式建筑部品(构件)生产质量风险管理研究——以济南为例

Research on the Production Quality Risk Management of the Assembly Type Building Products:Taking Jinan as an Example

从建筑部品(构件)生产企业角度出发,分析建筑部品(构件)在深化设计、构件生产、运输与堆放阶段的主要风险因素,提出通过完善设计标准化、模块化解决深化设计问题;通过建立健全内部管理制度解决生产过程实施风险;通过完善质量政策法规,防控装配式建筑部品(构件)生产质量风险等建议措施。

From the perspective of building products production enterprises,the paper analyzes the main risk factors of building products（parts）in deepening design,parts production,transportation and stacking stages,puts forward the effective suggestions and measures,such as perfecting design standardization,design modularization to solve the design problem;improving the internal management system to solve production process of the implementation risk;improving the quality policies and regulations to control and prevent the risk of the prefabricated construction products of the production quality.
