维生素C和E对2型糖尿病血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解抗氧化剂维生素C和E联合治疗对2型糖尿病患者抗氧化能力和血管内皮功能的作用。方法选取20例2型糖尿病患者,补充维生素C和E进行治疗6周,测量治疗前后的高灵敏度C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、内皮集落形成细胞(ECFCs)和血管内皮舒缩功能等指标。结果维生素C和E治疗前后,hs-CRP,ECFCs水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和血管舒缩功能均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素C和E联合治疗可增强机体的抗氧化能力,改善血管内皮功能,在预防治疗和延缓2型糖尿病微血管和大血管并发症方面具有治疗价值。
