四君子汤复方多糖对脾虚小鼠血清代谢组学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨四君子汤复方多糖对脾虚小鼠血清代谢组学的影响。方法 :运用液-质联用(LC-MS)技术采集血清中内源性物质数据,用偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)方法对试验数据进行分析,寻找四君子汤复方多糖干预的脾虚小鼠血清内源性标记物,阐述其作用机制。结果:PLS-DA得分图中四君子汤复方多糖治疗组与脾虚模型组分离良好,多糖组内源性标记物含量有向正常组靠近的趋势,表明四君子汤复方多糖对脾虚小鼠有一定的改善作用。结论:通过代谢组学技术,确定了四君子汤多糖干预脾虚小鼠的内源性标记物,这些潜在的标记物代谢通路有待于进一步研究。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide on metabolomics of spleen deficiency mice serum. Methods:The endogenous material data in serum were acquired based on liquid chro matography coupled to quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer(LC-MS). The metabolic data were an- alyzed with partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) to determine serum endogenous markers of spleen deficient mice intervened with Sijunz~ decoction polysaccharide and to explore the mechanism. Re- suits:In the PLS-DA score plot,Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide treatment group and the spleen deficient model group were clearly distinguished,and in the polysac'charide group endogenous biomarkers content tend- ed to be normal,indicating Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide had certain effect on the spleen deficiency mice. Conclusion:Through metabonomics,the endogenous marker of Sijunzi decoction polysaccharide intervening spleen deficient mice were determined. Metabolic pathways of these potential markers remains to be further studied.
