摘要
目的:观察低频振动对2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:将40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各20例,两组均在医师指导下个体化调整降糖用药方案,治疗组外加低频机械振动治疗。治疗前后测定并比较两组患者FBG、HOMA-IR水平及CRP复常率。结果:两组HOMA-IR、FBG治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组C反应蛋白复常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频振动对2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白和胰岛素抵抗的治疗具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effects of low- frequency vibration on C- reactive protein( CRP) and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM). Methods: A total of 40 T2 DM patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups,whose therapeutic strategies for reducing blood glucose were both individualized with the guidance of physicians. The treatment group was treated with additional low- frequency mechanical vibration. The levels of fasting blood glucose( FBG) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance( HOMA- IR) as well as CRP normalization rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Both intragroup and intergroup comparisons showed significant differences in HOMA- IR and FBG before and after treatment( P〈0. 05); the treatment group showed a significantly higher CRP normalization rate than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Low- frequency vibration has good clinical efficacy for CRP and insulin resistance in patients with T2 DM.
