桃红饮加味合麦角胺治疗偏头痛46例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察桃红饮加味治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例偏头痛患者随机分成治疗组46例和对照组44例,治疗组予以桃红饮加味并配合西药麦角胺治疗,对照组予单纯西药麦角胺治疗,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:总有效率治疗组为73.91%,对照组为54.55%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后头痛疼痛程度、发作次数及头痛发作天数较治疗前明显减少,组内及组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:桃红饮加味治疗偏头痛安全有效。
