摘要
随着生活的节奏不断加速,现代社会中人们所面临的生活与工作的压力也越来越大。为了保持精神和身体上的健康,人们越来越重视新传入中国的具有强身健体、美体塑形等养生功能的健身项目,如健美操、普拉提、瑜伽术等。而具有健身养心、防病治病、益寿延年的中国传统体育养生反而日益被人们冷落乃至遗忘,实在让人扼腕叹息。因此,运用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,探讨我国传统体育养生的现代价值及发展趋势,使人们重新认识传统体育养生中所蕴含的科学理念,进而对现代人的健康养生理念起到科学的指导作用。
With the pace of life continues to accelerate,people in modern society face more pressure from the life and work.In order to maintain a mental and physical health,people pay more and more attention to new fitness programs introduced into China which have functions of strong body,beautiful body shape and health,such as aerobics,pilates yoga,and so on.However,it is such an unfortunate thing that traditional Chinese sports health preserving with a fitness of body and mind,disease preventing and curing,prolongation of life has been increasingly ignored and even forgotten by people.Therefore,by using methods of documentary,comparative analysis,the paper explore the modern value and the development trend of traditional Chinese sports health preserving,to make people to recognize the scientific concept contained in the traditional sports health preserving,and then scientifically guide the healthy preserving concept of modern people.
