摘要
运用文献法和逻辑推理等方法,提出自我妨碍与身体自尊、自我效能和体育锻炼态度等变量关系的假设,并假设了情境变量在其中的影响机理,运用问卷调查的方法采集了相关数据,使用数据处理和统计分析等数学手段对问卷数据进行了整理与加工。研究结果表明,大学生体育锻炼的自我妨碍行为与身体自尊、自我效能感和体育锻炼态度存在显著的负相关,情境变量对于自我妨碍与身体自尊、自我效能感和体育锻炼态度之间的关系具有调节作用;论文提出需要采取有效策略,如选择适当的教学方式、构建良好的教学氛围等方式最大程度地抑制自我妨碍的形成。
Using the method of literature and logical reasoning,the paper putted forward the hypothesis about body self-esteem,self-efficacy and physical exercise attitude variables such as the hypothesis about the relationship between self handicapping,self-handicapping and physical self-esteem,self-efficacy and physical exercise attitude of college students,and assumed the influence mechanism of the situational variables,and questionnaire analysis were used to collect relevant data,data processing and statistical analysis and other mathematical methods were used to gather and process questionnaire data.Research results showed that,there were significant negative correlation between selfhandicapping and physical self-esteem,self-efficacy and physical exercise attitude of college students,the situational variables has a moderating effect on the relationship between self handicapping and physical self-esteem,self-efficacy and physical exercise attitude,the paper proposed that it need to take effective strategies to maximum inhibit the formation the self-handicapping to choose proper teaching methods,building agood teaching atmosphere,etc.
