摘要
目的:通过分析4-7 岁儿童步态运动学特点,揭示儿童行走规律,掌握儿童行走时步态特点.方法:以2 7 例4-7 岁健康儿童(男童1 2 名女童1 5 名)为测试对象.使用Z e b n s 步态分析跑台,测得儿童行走时运动学参数,采用的时间参数包括支撑期、摆动期、单支撑时相比率和步频;空间参数包括:步长、步宽、足偏角.结果:时间参数特征,4 岁儿童支撑期较长,随着年龄的增长呈下降趋势,单腿支撑时间较成人短,5 岁以后与成人接近, 4 -5 岁儿童步频明显高于成人水平,6 岁之后与成人接近;空间参数特征:4-7 岁步宽随年龄增加呈下降趋势,但仍然高于成人水平.儿童足偏角小于成人水平,左右脚无显著性差异.结论:儿童步态与青年人有明显差异,表现为单支撑时间较短,步宽较大,步频较快,足偏角小于成人.
Objective:Through the analysis of children aged 4 to 7walking gait kinematics characteristics,revealing the rules and characteristics of children walking gait master.Methods:27 healthy children aged 4 to 7(boys 12 and girls 15)were selected.Use the Zebris treadmill gait analysis,measured kinematic parameters of children walking,using the time parameter including support,swing,rate and frequency compared to the single support.Spatial parameters include:step length.step width,foot angle.,Results:The time parameters of 4 year old children support over a long period of time,decreased with age,single leg support time is short after the age of 5 adults,and adults to stride 4~5 years old children was significantly higher than that of adults,and adults after the age of 6 near;spatial parameter characteristics:4~7 years step width decreased with the increase of age,but still higher than the adult level.Children less than a foot angle level,there were no significant difference on foot.Conclusion:There are significant differences in children's gait with young people,showed a single support time is shorter,the step width is larger,faster pace,foot angle less than adults.
