摘要
教育要遵循认知规律。本论文分析了传统课堂存在的问题,阐述了国内外有效课堂的形式,结合心理学的学习保持力原理.提出了有助于课堂改革的实施方案,为进一步适应现代化课堂转型提供有力的理论支撑。
Education should follow the cognitive laws. This paper analysis the problems now exist in the academy classroom, described the form of effective classroom at home and abroad, in combination with the psychology of learning retention principle, but forward the contribute to the military theory class teaching reform and implementation plan, to further adapt to the modem military academy class transition provides a theoretical support.
