摘要
目的:了解糖尿病患者自我管理的现状并分析其影响因素。方法:对87例就诊的糖尿病患者进行自我管理活动问卷调查。结果:糖尿病患者自我管理能力处于中差水平,与病程、月收入有关(P<0.05),与患者受教育程度、性别、年龄、医疗费用支付方式无关(P>0.05)。结论 :糖尿病患者的自我管理水平有待进一步提高。
Objective To investigate the current situation of self-management of patients with diabetes and analyze influence factors. Methods： 87 patients with diabetes were surveyed by questionnaire. Results： The self-management ability of patients with diabetes was in poor level, which was relationship with the course of disease and the monthly income （P〈0.05）, and was not related to the degree of education, gender, age, medical expenses payment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Self-management of patients with diabetes needs to be furtherimproved.
