摘要
通过对整体叶盘车削过程自动测量技术、刀具自动校正技术、刀具自动补偿技术进行深入研究,实现了整体叶盘车削加工、测量、刀具补偿自动化。提高了工件加工质量和效率。形成了整体叶盘车削加工过程数字化在线测量的制造模式。
Based on the research of the automatic measuring, calibration of probes, compensation of tools during tile blisk turning, implement the automatic completion of the blisk turning processing, measurement and compensation of tools. Improve the parts' turning quality and efficiency. The manufacturing mode of digit- al on - line measuring in the turning process of the blisk is formed.
