摘要 根据大数据应用现状和机床产业发展现状,针对大数据在商业领域的成功应用案例及经验,结合工业大数据自身特点和挑战,将大数据的数据思维整合到工业大数据中来,提出针对数控机床实时监控和管理的数控机床大数据采集传输模式,对基于总线技术的数控系统采集数据内容和过程进行概括与分析,并提出数控机床大数据的云数控服务平台应用和产业数字化、智能化的发展方向,为中国机床产业开展工业大数据的应用研究提供了有力参考。 Based on big data application status and machine tool industry development situation, and according to the successful application case and experience of big data in the field of business, integrating character- istics and challenges of industrial data, the data thinking of big data was integrated into industrial data. The CNC machine tools real - time monitoring and management of CNC machine data acquisition and transmission mode were proposed. CNC system data acquisition and process based on the bus technology were generalized and analyzed. And the development direction of the CNC cloud service platform appli- cation of CNC machine data and digital, intelligent industry were put forward. An effective was provided to carry out research on the application of industrial data for Chinese machine tool industry.
