摘要
针对直驱回转工作台热变形导致五轴机床产生加工误差的问题,以耳轴式回转工作台虚拟样机为研究对象进行仿真分析。综合利用Fluent模块与ANSYS Workbench建立工作台的流-热-固单向耦合仿真模型,对工作台的热特性进行研究。在给定工况下,得到工作台达到热平衡状态时的温度分布与热变形情况。通过简化模型计算冷却液对流换热系数的理论估算值,并与仿真结果比较,验证仿真分析有较高的可信度。研究结果可为工作台的后续结构改进设计与冷却液的使用提供参考。
Thermal deformation of direct drive rotary table causes error of five axis machining tools. To solve the problem, a simulation analysis model is established based on a trunnion rotary table virtual prototype. With the help of Fluent and ANSYS Workbench, the fluid - thermal - solid unidirectional coupling sim- ulation model can be used to study the thermal characteristic of table. In the given conditions, the tem- perature distribution and thermal deformation of the table are obtained, when the table reaches thermal equilibrium state. Simulation results are compared with the theoretical estimates of convective heat trans- fer coefficient through the simplified model, and it is verified that the simulation has high credibility. The results can provide a reference for subsequent works such as optimal design of structure and use of cooling liquid.
