米索前列醇防治产后出血的应用价值评估及分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Application Value of Misoprostol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:分析米索前列醇防治产后出血的应用价值。方法:收集我院产科米索前列醇防治产后宫缩乏力性出血患者55例,观察患者用药24h内出血量及不良反应,计算药品费用。结果:产后2h平均出血量为(203.4±11.7)ml,产后24h平均出血量为(308.5±21.4)ml。所有患者均成功止血,无1例子宫切除。服药1h内2例患者出现颤抖,2例恶心,均自行缓解,未出现呕吐、腹泻症状。结论:米索前列醇防治产后出血的效果显著,安全性高,用药经济,可用于临床防治宫缩乏力性产后出血。

Objective： To analyze the value of misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：55 cases of uterine contraction fatigue bleeding were treated with misoprostol,and the amount of bleeding and adversereactions were observed in patients with 24h.Results：The average blood loss of postpartum ml was （203.4±11.7） 2h, andthe average blood loss of ml was （308.5±21.4） 24h. All patients were successful hemostasis, no 1 cases of hysterectomy.Medication 1h in 2 cases of patients with shivering, 2 cases of abdominal pain, were on their own to ease, no vomiting,diarrhea symptoms.Conclusion：Misoprostol is effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, and it isworthy of clinical application.
