复方枸橼酸阿尔维林胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的药物经济学分析

Pharmaceutical Economics Analysis of Meteo Spasmyl in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:从药物经济学角度探讨复方枸橼酸阿尔维林治疗肠易激综合征的应用价值。方法:纳入腹泻型肠易激综合征患者92例,随机均分为两组。观察组予枸缘酸阿尔维林胶囊治疗;对照组予匹维溴铵片治疗。持续治疗8周后对比两组疗效及不良反应情况,并开展药物经济学分析。结果:观察组总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组各临床症状积分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组腹胀、直肠肛门不适症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛及直肠肛门不适症状的成本效果比(C/E)分别低于对照组,但观察组总有效率的C/E高于对照组;观察组腹泻、腹痛症状的最小成本高于对照组。结论:复方枸橼酸阿尔维林胶囊和匹维溴铵片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征均较可靠,其中前者具备更优的总体疗效,对腹胀及直肠肛门不适的C/E更低,后者总体疗效的C/E更低。

Objective： To explore the application value of MeteoSpasmyl in the treatment of irritable bowel syndromefrom the perspective of pharmacoeconomics.Methods：92 cases with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome wereincluded and randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group was treated with MeteoSpasmyl. The control group wastreated with Dicetel.After 8 weeks, the efficacy and adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared, and the pharmaceuticaleconomics analysis was carried out.Results：The efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the differences in all clinical symptom score were not significant （P〉0.05）.After treatment, the score of abdominal distention and anorectal symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower（P〈0.05） than in the control group. The cost-effectiveness ratio （C/E） of abdominal pain and anorectal symptoms in theobservation group were were lower than in the control group. C/E of total efficiency in the observation group was higherthan in the control group.The minimum cost of diarrhea and abdominal pain symptoms in the observation group were higherthan in the control group. Conclusion：MeteoSpasmyl and Dicetel in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowelsyndrome are both reliable, the former have better overall efficacy, and C/E of abdominal pain and anorectal symptoms arelower, while the C/E of total efficacy of the latter is lower.
