摘要
目的分析预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果.方法：选取我院2015年1月～2016年6月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者120例做为本次的观察对象,以不同的护理方法作为分组依据,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组使用常规护理手段,观察组施以预见性护理,对两组护理效果进行对比分析.结果：观察组治疗总有效率95.0%,与对照组81.7%相比,明显要高,P〈0.05;经随访,观察组患者血压、血糖以及血脂恢复正常的比率要明显比对照组高,且心绞痛发作情况明显比对照组低（P〈0.05）;观察组患者对护理的整体总满意度93.3%,比对照组70.0%高,上述组间数据差异皆显著,存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用安全性高、效果显著,可改善患者症状.
Objective： To analyze the effect of application of nursing care in patients with angina pectoris nursing. Methods： 120 cases of angina pectoris inpatients selected as the object of this observation in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016, Different methods of care as a packet basis, were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group and control group using conventional treatment methods, the observation group to impose nursing care, nursing effect of thetwo groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of 95.0% compared with the control group, 81.7%, significantly higher, （P〈0.05）; The follow-upobservation group blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid normal ratio is significantly higher than the control group, and episodes of angina was significantlylower than the control group （P〈0.05）; the observation group were total overall satisfaction with care 93.3% 70.0% higher than the control group, the differencebetween the above set of data are significant, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing care in patients with angina pectoris care application safety,the effect is significant, can improve symptoms, there is a positive value.
