心血管内科患者感染因素的调查及应对措施

Investigation of the Infection Factors in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases and the Countermeasures

目的调查心血管内科住院患者医院感染因素及应对措施,旨在降低感染发生.方法：选择2013年7月～2014年6月间我院收住的心血管内科住院患者934例作为研究对象,统计患者的感染状况,根据统计结果,按照是否发生感染分为感染组和对照组（非感染组）,对比分析两组的感染因素.结果：本组934例患者中,出现感染的患者58例,占6.21%,其中下呼吸道感染患者最多,25例,占43.10%;其次为上呼吸感染14例,占24.14%,位居第二位.侵入性操作、合并症、应用抗酸剂和抗生素方面的比例,感染组显著高于非感染组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：侵入性操作、合并症、应用抗酸剂和抗生素发生均会提高心血管内科住院患者医院感染的发生率.在临床实践中,要根据存在的实际问题制定针对性措施,以便降低医院感染的发生.

Objective： To investigate the cardiovascular medical inpatients hospital infection situation and theresponse, aimed at reducing infection. Methods：934 cases of cardiovascular medicine hospitalized patients as researchsubjects From July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital,Infection statistics of the patient, according to statistics, dividedaccording to whether infection infection group and control group （non-infection group）, infection factors comparativeanalysis of the two groups. Results： 58 cases of infection occur in all 934 cases of patients, the infection rate was 6.21%,of which 25 cases of lower respiratory tract infections （43.10 percent）, the highest proportion; followed by 14 cases ofupper respiratory infection, accounting for 24.14 percent, ranking No. two. Infection immersion operations, the proportionof complications, use of antacids and antibiotics were significantly higher than non-infected group, chi-square test showedthat the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The immersion operations,complications, application of antacids and antibiotics will increase the occurrence of cardiovascular medicine inpatienthospital infection rates. In clinical practice, to develop specific measures based on the actual problems, in order to reducethe incidence of nosocomial infection.
