关于高职院校现代大学制度建设的探讨

On the Construction of Modern University System in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校现代大学制度建设面临着观念认识不够到位、办学定位不够清晰、制度规范不够匹配、文化精神不够彰显等问题。在对权力、责任、利益、信仰等问题多维解析的基础上,完善党委领导下的校长负责制、构建新型的政行校企合作机制、构建以章程为核心的制度体系、加强核心理念支撑的文化建设等应成为高职院校现代大学制度建设的对策选择。

Modern university system building of higher vocational colleges faces problems such as lack of concept, unclear school-running orientation, mismatching of institutional norms, indistinct cultural spirits,etc. On the basis of multi-dimensional analysis of rights,obligations,interests,be-liefs ,etc , improving principal accountability system under the leadership of party committee , building a new cooperation mechanism among government,business,colleges and enterprises, establishing a system with regulations as its core,strengthening cultural development supported by core ideas , etc. should become the choices for modern university system building of higher vocational colleges.
