摘要 近年来,随着高职院校办学规模和管理理念的变化,很多高职院校课程编排工作的组织与实施开始逐步由院校一级管理模式向校系二级管理模式转变。以闽江师范高等专科学校为例,梳理了当前高职院校排课管理模式的现状,分析影响排课管理有效性的制约因素,探讨高职院校二级排课管理模式的新方向,以此推进高职院校二级教学管理模式的改革。 In recent years,with the change of the scale and management idea of higher vocational colleges,many higher vocational colleges began to transform the curriculum arrangement work from college level management mode to departments level management mode. In this paper,Minjiang Teachers College is taken as an example to comb the current situation of courses arranging manage-ment mode in higher vocational colleges , analyze the factors of influencing the courses arranging man-agement effectiveness,explore new direction of secondary courses arranging management mode, and promote the reform of secondary teaching management mode in higher vocational colleges.
