试论洛克“技艺教育”对中学教育的启示

摘要 为了适应日益更新的时代对于人才的需求,需要采用与之相适应的人才培养模式。目前我国中学教育中普遍存在着以传统"教学三中心"为主的教学模式,这在一定程度上限制了学校教育的多元化发展。为了更好地完成学校教育,促成新时代的人才培养,要求对传统的学校教育作出相应的调整或者一定程度的变革,在此建议采用17世纪英国著名教育思想家洛克在其著作《教育漫话》中的教育观——"技艺教育"。 In order to adapt to the increasing demand for talents , the talent training mode needs to adapt to it. At present, the traditional teaching mode of " three teaching centers" widely exists in middle school education, which inevitably limit the diversified development of school education. In or-der to complete the school education better , and promote the cultivation of talents in the new era , the traditional school education is required to make corresponding adjustments or changes to a certain de-gree. Here,it is suggested to adopt the educational view of " Art Educational Thoughts" by the famous British educational thinker Locke in the seventeenth century in his book " Some Thoughts Concerning Education".
