摘要
针对G3512型天然气发动机在油田现场运行中出现的典型故障——大量窜气和气门断裂,从故障现象、故障原因、故障排查、故障清除这4个方面进行了研究,为处理油田现场使用其他类型天然气发动机出现的同类型故障提供了借鉴。
In allusion to the typical failure of G3512 gas compressor in oilfields——that is gas channeling and breaking of air valve,a study was carried out from the aspects of failure phenomenon,its cause,detection and removal.The result provides a reference for the failure detection of other types of gas engines used in the oilfields.
