摘要
提出车削大螺距螺纹轴向分层切削方法,通过刀工接触关系及切削层参数的研究,揭示出关键工艺控制变量,并讨论螺纹螺旋升角对左右切削刃工作前角和后角的影响,以及切削次序对切削效率的影响;以切削效率、左右螺纹面加工表面一致性为设计目标,以刀具几何角度、切削参数及切削次序为设计变量,提出大螺距螺纹轴向分层切削工艺设计方法;设计并磨制两把刀具,提出与其匹配的工艺设计方案,进行车削大螺距螺纹切削工艺对比实验.实验结果表明,采用该设计方法获得的工艺方案,可使大螺距螺纹在螺距误差、加工表面形貌及其分布上得到明显改善,满足大螺距螺纹加工质量的要求.
The axial cutting method in turning large pitch thread is proposed. The study of tool-industrial con-tact relationship and cutting layer parameters reveals the critical process control variable. The influence of thread spiral angle on the left-right cutting edge working rake and relief angle, and the influence of cutting or-der on cutting efficiency are discussed. Taking cutting efficiency and left-right flank processing surface consis-tency as design targets, tool geometrical angle, cutting parameters and cutting order as design variables. The axial stratified cutting process planning method of turhing large pitch thread is put forward. The comparative experimental results show that, when using the process scheme obtained by this design method, the large pitch thread has significantly improved in pitch error, processing surface morphology and distribution, which satisfy the quality requirements of large pitch screw thread processing.
