摘要 利用Deform 3D软件建立了挤压切削加工中刀具与工件相互作用的有限元仿真模型,以不同切削速度和背吃刀量对挤压切削加工过程进行仿真分析.通过对工件加工表面变形量及残余应力等仿真结果的对比分析,总结了切削速度和背吃刀量对挤压切削加工工件表面质量的影响规律.最后,对仿真结果进行了试验验证,结果表明仿真模型能够较为真实地反映挤压切削加工的实际过程,证明了模型的有效性. Deform 3D software is applied to simulate the interaction between cutting tool and workpiece in extru-sion cutting by finite element method with different cutting speed and cutting depth. Surface deformation and re-sidual stress are compared in simulation results, and rules of both speed and cutting depth influence on the sur- face quality after extrusion cutting are summarized. The test of the simulation results shows that the simulation truly reflect the actual extrusion cutting progress, which proves the effectiveness of the simulation model.
