摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学在辅助普通外科实习教学中的应用价值.方法将2015年临床医学专业7?1 2 月在我科的实习医生6 0 名随机分为A组(传统教学组30人)、B 组(传统教学+ 情景模拟教学组30人),对两组实习医生进行实习前进行常见疾病的理论考试,对两组实习医生进行实习后常见病的理论考试及操作考试.结果两组在实习后理论考试均较实习前高,B 组理论考试与操作考试测试成绩均较A 组高(P〈0.05) ,B 组实习医生对实习期间的满意度较A组高(P〈0.01) .结论情景模拟教学在普通外科实习教学中有一定的应用价值.
Objective To explore the value of Scenario simulation method in assisting teaching internship ingeneral surgery. Methods 60 medical internals of the clinical profession were randomly divided into two groupsfrom July to December 2015 in our department, group A (30 cases by traditional teaching method) and group B(30 cases by traditional teaching and scenario simulation method). Theory test on knowledge of common diseaseswere conducted before and after the practice. The skill tests were also conducted. Results The test scores oftheory test were higher after the practice in both groups. Compared with group A, the score of theory test andskill test in group B were higher, and group B felt more satisfied during the internship. Conclusion Scenariosimulation method has certain value in the teaching of general surgery.
