摘要
《成果转化法》的颁布给成果转化工作带来了新的活力和动力。围绕医学科技成果的特点和存在的主要问题,首都医科大学从政策引导、资金、风险共担、激励机制等方面进行了探索,建立了新举措。在实施过程中,发现政策的激励仍不足,教授的积极性不高,需要进一步提升成果转化管理和服务团队建设,需要加大成果公开和宣传的力度和广度。
Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Application of Scientific and TechnologicalAchievementsbrought new vitality and energy. Around the characteristics and the existing main problems of medical scienceand technology achievements, Capital Medical University has established new measures on the policy guidance, funds,risk-sharing, incentive mechanism and so on. However, thereneeds more strong incentive for the professors.Hence, theachievements management should be enhanced and service team constructed.Achievements in scientific research as well astechnological innovations andinventions are to have massive propaganda and efficiency of application and conversion .
