4单根立柱钻机钻柱靠放分析 被引量:6

摘要 9 000 m 4单根立柱钻机采用陆地4单根超高立柱钻探模式替代3单根立柱钻探模式。对不同规格及长度钻杆靠放的稳定性及刚度进行了分析,依据钻杆排放特点建立了3单根立柱和4单根立柱有限元模型,分析了钻杆的轴向应力和最大侧向变形,并计算了不同规格立根从井口中心移位到根盒所需的扶(推)力,提出了4单根立柱排放方案。分析结果表明:直径大于127.0 mm的钻杆和直径大于120.7 mm的钻铤在4立根时按常规排放方式即可;直径不大于127.0mm的钻杆和直径不大于120.7 mm的钻铤需采用悬挂方式进行排放,或接3单根或2立根靠放在钻杆腰部支撑台上。所得的钻柱排放结论可为超高井架设计提供借鉴。 The 9 000 m rig with 4 joints stand replaces the 3 joints stand drilling mode with ultra-high 4 joints stand land rig drilling mode. The racking stability and stiffness ol stand with different size and length ol drill pipe has been analyzed. The finite element modelol 3 joints stand and 4 joints stand based on the drillpipe racking characteristics have been established, and then the axial stress and maximum lateral deformation have been analyzed, and the needed push force ol different specifications ol stand from the wellhead center shifted to the standpipe box- have been calculated. The 4 joints stand racking plan has been proposed. The results showed that the stand with the drill pipes ol diameter larger than 127. 0 mm and the drill collars ol diameter larger than 120. 7 mm could be racked in a conventional manner, but the stand with the drill pipes ol diameter no larger than 127. 0 mm and the drill collars ol diameter smaller than 120. 7 mm must be racked in suspension mode, or make 3 joints stand or 2 joints stand to rack on the drillpipe support platform. The conclusion could provide references lor the design ol ultra-high derrick.
