摘要
35CrMo材料作为常用的管汇材料,研究其冲蚀磨损性能对于保证钻井作业安全十分重要。采用自主研发的冲蚀磨损试验机在压力105 MPa、介质冲击速率30 m/s的条件下,对35CrMo材料制作的试样进行了冲击磨损试验,分析了冲击角度、冲蚀介质和冲击时间对冲蚀磨损量的影响。分析结果表明:35CrMo合金钢的最大冲蚀量出现在冲击角度为30°-45°时,冲击角度较小时,微切削起主要作用,随着角度的增大,锻造作用造成的塑性变形机制引起磨损加重;陶粒支撑剂对材料的冲蚀磨损远大于覆膜砂,并且随着冲蚀介质支撑剂粒径的增大,材料的磨损量也增加;在试验设定的时间段内,随着冲蚀时间的延长,冲蚀磨损量几乎呈线性增加。所得结论对预估材料的冲蚀磨损剩余寿命有一定的参考作用。
Study on the erosion wear properties ol 35CrMo steel, commonly used as a manifold pipe material, is critical for ensuring drilling safety. The samples made by the 35CrMo steel have been conducted impact wear testat the pressure ol 105 MPa and medium impact velocity ol 30 m/s using sell-developed erosion test machine, and the effect of the impact angle, erosion medium and impact time on the erosion loss has been analyzed. The results show that the maximum erosion loss of 35CrMo alloy steel occurs at the impact angle of 30° -45°. The micro-cutting plays a major roleon the erosion loss at small impact angle. With the increase of the impact angle, the plastic deformation mechanism caused by forging increase the wear loss. The ceramic proppant material has a much greater- erosion wear performance than the coated sand. The erosion loss increases with the proppant particle size. Within the period of test time, with the extension of erosion time, the erosion loss increased almost linearly. The conclusion could provide some reference for estimating the erosion remaining life of material.
