我国压裂装备与技术水平与国外先进水平相比尚有很大差距,为实现"十三五"压裂装备与技术发展目标,跟踪世界压裂装备与技术发展动向,把握世界压裂装备与技术发展脉搏,对于掌握未来发展领域,调整和优化当前的装备与技术研发方向,提前做好技术储备,缩短与国外的差距,进一步拓展国际市场,实现国际化发展目标具有至关重要的意义。介绍了国外压裂装备与技术的最新进展。最后指出:国内压裂设备已成系列化,与国外相比虽仍有差距,但施工能力逐步提升;多级压裂系统和工具总的趋势是向操作方式多样化和无干预方向发展,最终目的是缩短作业时间,提高作业效率;国内仍采用常规的压裂技术与压裂液,而国外的压裂技术与压裂液研究进展迅速。

Considering there is still a big gap between China and foreign level in fracturing equipment and technologies, and to achieve the “Thirteen Five” fracturing equipment and technology development goals, tracking trend and grasping pace of the world’s fracturing equipment and technology have great significance in grasping the future development field, adjusting and optimizing the current equipment and technology R ＆ D direction, making technical reserves, shortening the gap with foreign countries, further expanding the international market and achieving the international development goals. The latest developments of foreign fracturing equipment and technology have been introduced. Conclusion could be made that the domestic has formed series fracturing equipment and there are still gaps compared to foreign company, but the operation capacity increased gradually. The general trend of multistage fracturing systems and tools are heading to diversifying and no intervention operation mode , with the eventual purpose of reducing operating time and improving work efficiency. T he domestic is still relying on conventional fracturing technology and fracturing fluid, while the foreign fracturing technology and fracturing fluid advance rapidly.
